Given three numbers a,b,n with b>a, create a vector y with n logarithmic spaced values between 10^a and 10^b. Thus, if a = -2, b = 3 and n = 6, then

y = [10^-2 10^-1 10^0 10^1 10^2 10^3] = [0.01 0.1 1.0 10.0 100.0 1000.0]
