Every problem of this user seems to use four decimal places, including the conversion constants. This should be specified in the problem description. And again, I should recommend not using is equal when comparing floats.

not only have the answers to be rounded to the 4th digit (which is not stated) but also the conversion factors. This should be stated in the description
