My profile page does not get updated on Mathwork's File Exchange site any longer!?

For past 5 days my profile page remained static, no stat updates no downloads etc. Is there a problem with the Matworks server?

Is it your public profile or something else? What information are you comparing it against to know FEX info isn't updating (e.g. maybe you recently uploaded a file and it hasn't shown up yet)? Is it just FEX activity, or forum stuff too?

I haven't noticed any issues myself, but I haven't updated anything recently and I don't normally have much activity on my files anyway. That might not mean much. There are plenty of times things get laggy or broken around here for me, so I might not be too surprised. About the longest I've had my profile stall was about 12-18 hours though. Five days is a bit much.

If all else fails, you might have to get hold of support. There might be staff here on the forum who deal with website/FEX stuff, but I don't know who they would be.
