search for simillar image?

Is there a way in MATLAB When choosing a specific image program is searching for a picture similar to this image in a specific folder؟

Yes, for some definitions of "similar". But if you are expecting a picture of a caterpillar to be "similar to" a picture of a cow on the basis that they are both herbivores, then you have a lot of programming work to do.

Try a search on CBIR. It's very difficult to do in general. It's a hot topic of research with dozens or hundreds of universities working on it now.
