I have not used this. But, I think you can use PDE toolbox.

I assume that p is a dependent variable (pressure?), r is radius (spatial), and t is time (temporal). With this assumption, you have a PDE with one spatial variable, also called 1D-PDE. To solve and/or plot this in Matlab you do not neccesseraly need the PDE toolbox.
