In the current form, this is neither a question, nor does it contain enough details to be solved. Please read: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/6200-tutorial-how-to-ask-a-question-on-answers-and-get-a-fast-answer .

The organization I work for runs one of the Atomic Clocks that is used to define the international standard time. I could ask a colleague to write down the exact time to better than 1 in 10^15 of a second. The colleague could send me that time by courier, and then I could send you the time in a letter, if you send me your physical mailing address. How does that sound? You would get the letter with the time indicated to far higher precision than you need.

I hope to find a solution with your help mr. robinson.
this is my email address pazskah1@gmail.com
thanx
I was able to extract a time from the servers at work. It was 24-May-2011 01:05:49.150560703 . Please synchronize your clocks appropriately.

@Walter: UTC or a specific timezone?
Local Apparent Sidereal Time (LAST). Paskah will need to apply the appropriate relativistic corrections for his location (measured to at least 15 cm accuracy.)
mr walter robinson, how to access and synchronize until 24-May-2011 01:05:49.150560703 this precision.

@Paskah: Do not get more confused than necessary. You can synchronize a clock to "24-May-2011 01:05:49.150560703" only exactly at "24-May-2011 01:05:49.150560703" - but there is no way to know the exact time before your clock is synchronized.
Walter replied an answer, which is impossible to apply, to a question, which is impossible to answer -- and this sentence is either nearly or absolutely impossible to understand.
then what should i do mr jan simon?
thanks

Why did you accpet this answer? Does it solve your problem?
sorry mr simon,mr. jan simon, can you give me a sample source code about this topic?

Your question is still not getting clear to me. I miss the details.
As far as I remember, we've suggested FEX: HighAccuracyTimer already. I do not assume that there is any better soltuion. If you need more accuracy, use a real-time-operating system and ask your local Mathworks distributor, if Matlab is the best choice for your problem.

thanx mr.jan simon, i will read about FEX: HighAccuracyTimer.thanx for your answer but im still confuse about how to run and access the microsecond in this article.thanx

It would be useful, if you describe this confusion with any details. You are asking repeatedly without explaining the necessary details. Unfortunately it is absolutely impossible to reduce your confusion as long as you do not explain, what you want to achieve. What is "accessing the micro-second"?
Or you could use the ActiveX control that I cited earlier.
mr jan simon
I want to find the distance of an object by using the ratio of signals sent and received,by knowing the time when signals are sent and when received, the more precise the distance and more accurately distance detected, so that i realy need to detected until microsecond.thanx

@Paskah: Fine. Now we know what kind of problem you are working on. As next step you can explain if you use Matlab, embedded Matlab, Simulink or what ever. Then it would be necessary to know, if you do some real-time operations or if the signal is recorded as a vector. For the later the HighAccuracyTimer is totally useless and my suggestion is clearly a result of wild guessing.
Please, take the time to explain all available details by editing the question on top of this thread, instead of creating new threads or hiding such important information in the comment section.
mr. jan simon, can yu give me a sample source code about this topic?

@Paskah: No. It is definitely impossible to post source code concerning a topic, as long as you do not explain, what the topic is.
Have you read my above comment?? Do you have a reason not to explain the details I've asked for??
Sorry, I get the impression, that your questions are trolling and just waste my time. I'm stopping to answer here. Perhaps somebody else can bring you to post any details about your problem - good luck.
