how to create a single column matrix from two matrices in MATLAB

Hi all,
I have tow matrcies A=[1,2,3,4] and B= [7,4,6]. I want to combine it in a single column matrix.
Can anyone help me in this regrad?

A=[1,2,3,4];
B= [7,4,6];
Resolution:
T = ([A B])'
T = ([1 2 3 4 7 4 6])'
T = 1
2
3
4
7
4
6

A=[1,2,3,4];
B= [7,4,6];
C = cat(2,A,B) % or cat(2,B,A)
C = C'
