Is it possible to include New Algorithms In reinforcement learning toolbox

MATLAB reinforcement learning toolbox integrated with Simulink is an amazing produxt but since deep reinforcement learning is a growing field of research, when can expect addition of new policy gradient algorithms like Phasic Policy Gradient and Stein variational policy gradient in the RL toolbox, as these algorithms require very robust back end support. It would be great if Mathworks releases these additions earlier than other libraries like Open AI and RLlib etc.

There is no question about MATLAB in this. Answers is not customer support, nor is it the place to post feature requests. And nobody can answer when specific features will be released in a toolbox. Information like that is held confidential, even if the toolbox authors know the answer. Sorry.

If there are specific algorithms that you believe should be included in Reinforcement Learning Toolbox, you can request that MathWorks add them to the toolbox by filing an enhancement request. Use the "Contact Support" link on the Support section of this website to file the enhancement request.
But John D'Errico is correct, generally we do not discuss when or if features will be added to a product until or unless those features have been released publicly.
