I have an hyperspectral image (48 bands) and the corresponding metadata of wavelenght range. How can I extract the rgb channels and obtain an rgb image?

The following functions may be useful: hypercube & colorize.
Refer to the documentation page of Hyperspectral Image Processing for related functions and more information.

Thanks for the answer. The image file is a geoTIFF, so the hypercube function requires the "center wavelength values". Are those values the mean values for each band of my txt file?
