How can I filter excel's data which the data that i want only have value larger than 80 only?

the data was like this in excel:

RT      1.1 2.2 3.3 4.4

Area    12  13  14  15

*Qual   40  89  39  90

i want to filter the data to become:

RT      2.2 4.4

Area    13  15

*Qual   89  90
