How to calculate a constant in your made up formula

I need to calculate the constant C in my formula:
t=Ch^xD^yd^z.
We calculated x, y and z in Matlab, however we don't know how to calculate C in Matlab.

Assuming that you have one known t for each known h and d value, and that D and x and y and z are known, then C is mean() of t./(h.^x.*D.^y.*d.^z)
