Thank you very much for your answer. I have tried CRP Toolbox, but this toolbox is displayed in gui format, which is not conducive to our work. If possible, could you please provide the matlab source code of "order pattern recurrence plot", thanks again.

The function opattern() in that toolbox is order pattern recurrence plot. You can call it directly (you might need to call some other functions to set up the variables properly.)
