That is a 3-dimensional matrix. You could view slices of it in 2D.
Are you wanting to look at the values, or are you wanting to draw a graph?

d = randi(1000,5,486,586); % your array
out = reshape(d,size(d,1),[]); %the horizontal orientation
or
d1 = num2cell(d,[1 2]);
out = cat(1,d1{:}); % the vertical orientation
