- You can use a third party uninstaller program.
- Or you can reinstall MATLAB so that everything will exist so that you can then uninstall it.
- Or you can just go ahead and delete the entire directory, possibly followed by using a third-party registry clean-up utility to remove traces to files that no longer exist.

I would like to uninstall matlab and reinstall it. But,I have been countered with this problem.Please help me to fix it.

You can create that and then proceed so that it will exist to be removed. However, past experience shows that a bunch more such problems will show up.
