Fail to install R2019b update 4. After the failure I cannot start MATLAB due to libmx.dll was not found

If I run the application it says "The code exection cannot proceed because libmx.dll was not found . Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".

Hi,

This generally happens when libmx.dll missing in the in the installation directory. Try temporarily disabling the antivirus software while installing.

It is already installed in my laptop , do you mean deleting all files and installing again and there is no anti-virus software in my system except windiws(in-built) , what should I do please help .........

I completely deleted all matlab 2019Rb files and installed 2020Ra which took me 6 hours .

Now I am able to use matlab , Thanks for your help.
