When I change the value in the windowWidth, 23,25 and 45 respectively. It coming out different filtered image. Can anyone help me with it?

Can anyone help me explain details a bit with the code that given by you. I'm still new in MATLAB. Thanks a lot.

Sure. You said you tried it already ("When I change the value in the windowWidth"), but you forgot to post your code where you are changing windowWidth. Of course different windowWidths give different images, as expected. Anyway, how you answer might depend on what the topic of the course it. In optics we'd say that you have a zero crossing of the OTF (Optical Transfer Function) at that spatial frequency, etc. In digital signal analysis, you'd talk about aliasing, Nyquist frequency, etc. Which topic(s) was (were) discussed in your class? I'm guessing that is the answer they're looking for. Hint: Why don't you count how many vertical lines are contained in each of those window sizes as it slides along.
