Use of MatLab Licence

Hello,
we install and use MatLab 2019a. Can we install and use MatLab 2019b with the same licence as we do with MatLab2019a?

As far as I know if you have "Software Maintenance Service(SMS)" you can.

Correct. If you have software maintenance service that expired after r2019b was released then you can use r2019b.
