You want to add customs block to simulink library browser?
1) Open Simulink, go to File -> New -> Library
2) Insert your simulink blocks. To make it properly, insert all blocks inside a sub-system (if it is not already done). Then you can define inputs and outputs and create a mask (block description, tunable parameters ...)
3)follow these instructions to link your library to simulink library browser http://www.mathworks.fr/support/solutions/en/data/1-18TLB/index.html?product=ML&solution=1-18TLB
