monitor and tune - hotkeys

With 2019, when developing on hardware, there is a new tab called "Hardware". Under that is a menu called "Monitor and Tune"
I have to click "Connect", and then "Start" to deploy to my hardware and test my changes. Is there a way to bind these actoins to hot key, or even put them on the menu to save me many clicks?
