How to fix Error 337

I have tried repeatly over the past 2 hours to activate matlab and I keep getting Error 337. all the solutions that are given on here did not work. Also i am a student and it my university only has its activation key available through the online process.

Error 337 is problems processing the activation.

I suspect that you have a firewall issue
