How does FERUM do the sensitivity analysis?

I am doing a reliability analysis using FERUM in Matlab (FORM). I have 10 random variables and since I have a time-consuming runtime for 10 r.v.s., I am thinking to remove some of those random variables first, using the sensitivity analysis option in the FERUM.

• I want to know how exactly FERUM does that sensitivity analysis?
• does FERUM pick some of those variables (out of 10) and at the end report them as sensitivity results?
