.mha file displayed by matlab is different from by ITK-SNAP

I have a .mha file saved from ITK-SNAP, as following upper one. But when I use Matlab to read and show this image, it shows like following under. I'm trying to find the reason, but I failed. So hope somebody will give me a help. Thanks a lot!

Notice from the labels on the image that 'R' is on the left side, and 'L' is on the right side: the image is either rotated or flipped.
By examining the outline, we can see that you should
imshow( fliplr(flipud(YourImage)) )
