How can I divide two columns of data?

I have a file with two columns of data.

Column A:

2; 4; 6; 8; 10;

Column B:

2; 4; 3; 4; 5;

I want to divide these columns (A/B) to get the result:

1; 1; 2; 2; 2;

How can I do this?
