Newer link: http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/string-parsing.html and click on Regular Expressions. The other items in the Concepts section give more advanced usage information.

On the command line, type "doc regexp".
Or click the white question mark in the blue circle on the MATLAB toolbar and type regexp in the search field. You'll find it in the MATLAB->Functions->Programming and Data Types->Strings->String Parsing->regexp chapter.
Or you can type " Regular Expressions" in the search field of the help where you'll get a link to the chapter: MATLAB->User's Guide->Programming Fundamentals->Language->Program Components->Regular Expressions

For Regular Expressions, you can refer to: http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2012a/techdoc/matlab_prog/f0-42649.html
