2 views (last 30 days)
Good day!
I recently bought my Arduino Engineering Kit, it is stated that it has a 1-year license for Matlab and Simulink. when I went to mathworks.com/arduino-kit-license, I filled up but I didn't get my 1-year license. Please help me with this.
Thank you in advance!

It did not work for me. After I enter the activation code from the Arduino sheet I arrive on a page that says that I do not have permission. Not sure where to go from here as any help request is asking for a valid license # ... which I obviously don't have

License and Installation support cases do not need a license number.

You can check if that process went through correctly to create your license or not, by going to your accounts page.
1) Log into your MathWorks account here and then click on the down arrow right next to your name.
2) Select My account.
3) If everything went well, you will see License # and Label "MathWorks Arduino Kit".
4) If Step 3 is successful, you can click on your license # and the new page that opens up will give you link to download products.
5) Then you can download, install and activate the products.
