My licence number is 5****0. Due to the ilness I am at home and, due to the problems with internet connections I can not install Matlab2018b. Please remove the license number since it's shared in a public forum , it's better you contact the mathworks support team by clicking the Contact Us button on the top right corner of this page since the volunteers here don't have access to that type of information.

Since it's the Christmas weekend, you may be out of luck until Wednesday. So since you have an internet connection, at least good enough to post here, I'd suggest that you keep trying until you can get someone at the Mathworks (not here). Perhaps try late at night when the internet traffic is lower.

If you're trying to use your company or educational institution's license, ask whoever maintains the organization's software licenses (probably someone in the IT department) for the instructions and information you need to access MATLAB and other MathWorks products.
