You cannot do that without deferencing the cell array, such as in
mesh(MyCell{1}, MyCell{2}, MyCell{3})

I have one cell array. So, when I do this command, the message "Z must be a matrix, not a scalar or vector" show up.
Do you know what I have to do?

The above command shows one cell array with three entries in it.
You would get that error message if you called
mesh(Z)
or
mesh(X, Y, Z)
but your Z was not a numeric 2D array, such as if it was a vector or if it was 3D.
