Matlab toolbox trial renewal

If I've downloaded a toolbox for a 30-day free trial, will a payment automatically be taken to renew the subscription at the end of the trial period?

No. Trials are not a subscription, and there will be no automatic billing for payment. Trials do not automatically renew; you have to contact Mathworks and request an extension or new Trial if you want to continue using MATLAB under Trial.
