How to create a textbox with variable data inside it..

I have an image as shown in the attachment, i would like to create a textbox without distrubing the image, prefer the corner and i would like know how to key in variable data value into the textbox,

for example i have a = 10 b = 12 inside the textbox i can show those variable value...

Can anyone show me how to do it?
