Matlab doesn't start(it's installed and activated )

hello all,
I downloaded Matlab R2018a and installed into my computer then activated. it looks like OK but when i start it, Matlab doesn't open. I only see the the Matlab starting picture you can see at the attachment. Can you help me about that?Thanks in advance.
