Enabling LTE System Toolbox

I downloaded a free trial matlab suite which comprises of LTE system tool box. When i check the versions which I have on my Matlab I can see all the toolboxes checkmarked. But when I type a lte command it says enable lte system toolbox. Please give an insight on this.

For whatever reason, your active license does not know that you are authorized to use that toolbox. The most common reason for this that I have heard of is that it can happen if your original trial license did not include that toolbox and that you got the license extended: in such a case the revised license is not always picked up smoothly.
Anyhow you should contact Mathworks for free installation assistance.
well as i explained it says all the toolboxes are there in my installed package.

The LTE System Toolbox does not have a command named "lte". It has four design apps that are listed at https://www.mathworks.com/help/lte/appslist.html and it has a number of functions whose names are listed at https://www.mathworks.com/help/lte/functionlist.html
However, you are not able to access any of these, because you do not have the LTE System Toolbox install. If you had it installed then you would see a line betwen the DSP SYstme Toolbox and the Parallel Computing Toolbox lines, that said LTE System Toolbox .
I do not have enough information at the moment to know whether your Trial license has been authorized for LTE System Toolbox.
License and installation issues such as these are best handled by contacting Mathworks, https://www.mathworks.com/support/servicerequests/create.html or by phone. Very very few of the volunteers who answer questions here have access to the license database.
