"Failed to load URL" when I open "Simulation Data Inspector"?

Hi, Anybody got the same issue? When I launch the "Simulation Data Inspector", the page tells me that

"Failed to load URL https://localhost:31515/toolbox/shared/sdi/web/MainView/sdi.html?snc=DJD0OI&tableV3=true&sort=true&plotAreaSettings=true&sdiSnapshot=true&sdiZoomAndPan=true&layoutOptions=true&sidebar=true&failnav=true&newComparisonView=true&comparisonFilterWidget=true&signalBrowsingMode=true with error (-130)."

Any ideas on how to get rid of this? Thanks, Bo
