Undefined variable "vision" or class "vision.TextInserter".

vision.BlobAnalysis didn't give me error but vision.TextInserter does show a error

error is like this

The R2016a release notes for Computer Vision toolbox say that as of that release that using vision.TextInserter will start warning and that the routine would go away at some point. The routine appears to have gone away by now, though the removal was not noted in the release notes.

You should be using insertText instead.
