I want this page for programing multilayer in photonic crystals, but I can not find that !!!!!

The only option I can think of is to search the File Exchange. (I have no idea if a Toolbox would allow you to do what you want, and you have not told us if you are using a specific Toolbox.)

See if one of these results from searching on photonic (link) does what you want.

Another option is this MathWorks search for photonic (link), although there are many duplications of the File Exchange search.
