How to get power system analysis toolbox(PSAT)?

I want to do small signal stability analysis of a two area system with four generators. how do I get power system analysis toolbox(PSAT) for MATLAB?

http://faraday1.ucd.ie/psat.html link does not work for me, is there way to send me direct PSAT, or some other site

after installing PSAT this error shows
MATLAB Version 9.0
Failed Conversion from simulink model : Permision Denied
Index exceeds matrix dimensions
Data conversion failed.

i can't save the psat smiulation in matlab software ...error will be occured for wt reason i canot save the simulation,solution for the error occurs pls..

Not enough information has been given.
Have you tried saving to a different directory ?

Neither of those are valid URLs. The second one can be corrected to http://www.power.uwaterloo.ca but the first one cannot be corrected.
The downloads links at uwaterloo.ca point send you over to the ucd.ie url that I already provided.

Para el correcto funcionamiento de PSAT dentro de Matlab este debe ser el R2016a, caso contrario aparecerán errores indeseables.
