displaying text

I have a an image
http://imgur.com/5lWKR, in which i need only the text to be displayed, please help, i dont need any background, just that text must be displayed

Are you supposed to do this on lots of similar images, or just this one? Do you allow any manual input, or does it need to be completely automatic?
PS: Please edit your answer and enclose the link with < and >. It's getting confused by the fact you put a comma straight after it.

What does "text to be dispalyed" exactly mean? Do you want to crop the image or to use OCR to convert the picture to a string?
For the later case I could provide the required task by using my eyes and brain:
fprintf(['NOTICE\nThank you for noticing this new notice\n', ...
'Your noticing it has been noted\n', ...
'and will be reported to the authorities']);

No jan it is manual operation ,i want to extract the text and display,for example say black backgroung with only the text in white in it
