info about license and publication on scientific paper

I got an academic license for my copy of MATLAB, since i am enrolled as a phd student in a university.
I would like to publish my work on a scientific paper. Such work includes plots and software made entirely in MATLAB.
Can I submit it without problems? Do I have to specify somewhere (maybe in the references) that I used MATLAB to do that? If yes, is there a particular form (like [1] MATLAB, Mathworks R2017a ... or similar?)

Yes, you can submit all diagrams created by Matlab without any problems. They are your personal property.
You could mention, that you have used Matlab by "MATLAB 2017a, The MathWorks, Inc." and for the readers it might be useful to explain which toolboxes have been used. But these information are NOT mandatory.
[EDITED: NOT mandatory. I wanted to say, that it is "not obligatory", but the opposite is "optional".]

Thanks a lot. Ok for diagrams, but for software made and compiled in MATLAB is it the same? My case is: I would like to show a GUI I made with MATLAB "GUIDE" application, related to a MATLAB code that I wrote.
Also, i am sorry but i did not get what information is mandatory. Did you mean "are NOT mandatory"?
Any software that you wrote is your property, and you can publish it or make it available as a resource along with your publication.
@guiseppe: You are rigth, I meant "optional". It is useful, but not necessary to mention the Matlab version and toolboxes.
At least in older versions it was part of the license conditions, that compiled application keep the original Matlab icon. You see it in the top left corner of the window under Windows. Well, openly spoken, The MathWorks might have other problems than scanning PhDs for icons in screenshots. It might be another story if you distribute the code professionally.
Ok I got it , thanks all for your time.
What if I use screenshot of a matlab generated diagram like structure of a CNN?
I suggest you write to support@mathworks.com asking about that.
I think it is very likely permitted to screenshot display of your own data structures, even in the context of a MATLAB tool for working with those kinds of structures, but perhaps I have forgotten some detail.
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to put the icon of Matlab in a diagram of a scientific paper. Just to note that some steps were used with MATLAB.
I obviouly have the MATLAB 2021 license.
