Not me. I don't even know what the paper was, so you already know more than me.

This appears to refer to https://www.researchgate.net/publication/282515200_Software_for_Bayesian_cross_section_and_panel_spatial_model_comparison
"Software for Bayesian cross-section and panel spatial model comparison", James P. LeSage, the content of which says,
"All references to the toolbox are to the Spatial Econometrics Toolbox for MATLAB available for free at www.spatial-econometrics.com"

Hi Xuiliang,
I am having the same problem that it sounds like you did. I downloaded the econometrics package and most of the commands work fine, but Matlab cannot find lmarginal_cross_section.
Where did you find it? Is it nested in one of the folders?
Thanks!

Answer:
Despite "Software for Bayesian cross-section and panel spatial model comparison", James P. LeSage, the content of which says, "All references to the toolbox are to the Spatial Econometrics Toolbox for MATLAB available for free at www.spatial-econometrics.com", the lmarginal_cross_section command is not available there.
As far as I can tell, it is only available from researchgate as supplemental "demo" material: https://www.researchgate.net/publication/290428561_MATLAB_demos
