Though your question is not clear, on what your requirement is, I have a made a change that computes the value nr
L=10;
n=10;
for i=1:L-1
nr(i,:)=sqrt(n/2).*(randn(1,1000)+sqrt(-1)*randn(1,1000));
end
When you are using curly brackets it means that you are planning to access a cell given by an index, for example c{1} or can be c{i}.
