HDL Workflow Adviser Error: Abnormal exit: Invalid Simulink object name: stateflow

Not sure what is wrong but Workflow adviser keeps throwing this error every time I try to name this state flow chart
'Abnormal exit: Invalid Simulink object name: stateflow'
The Advisor does not care what the name is, it doesn't accept any name. The the internals of the chart just create a binary signal, where output is data set to 1 or 0 depending on the state.
The stateflow chart is within its own subsystem, so there are no problems there. It just doesn't seem to like the name.
I've also included an image of the stateflow adviser.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks

Which release of MATLAB and Simulink are you using?
You can take a look at the following blog. It might help: http://blogs.mathworks.com/simulink/2011/03/29/invalid-simulink-object-name/

Have you solved this problem? I had the same issue with Assigment, not sure what is going on...

This error is unrelated to the name of the chart. Probably a corrupt model or an internal issue during HDL Code generation.
If you still experience such an issue you should reach out to MathWorks tech support.
