Example:
syms p(x,y,z)
p(x,y,z) = x^3 * sin(y) * exp(z);
dpxyz = diff(p,x,y,z);
r = subs(dpxyz(x,y,z), {x, y, z}, {linspace(-5,5,10), 1:3:30, logspace(-3,-1,10)})
