loop; 4d; plot; double

Hi everyone. My code requires a loop (plot temperature x depth);

my issue: i've got 27 lat and 27 lon (each should be like this: lat1 refers to lon1; lat2=lon2...). Any suggestions?

Temperature data: 4d; (lon,lat,depth,time)

       n=size(temperature);
       temp1=zeros(n(3),n(4));
       temp1(:,:)=temperature(116,91,:,:);
       temp2=temp1*7.324442267417908E-4 + 294.15 - 273; factor conv
              for i=1:6 temp2(:,i);
                 figure
                 plot(temp2(:,i),-depth);
                 xlim([4 30]);
                 ylim([-900 0]);
              end

What is the issue here? Is it about accessing lon_x and lat_x variables?
