confused of the simulink configuration

When I use Simulink, I always get the wrong results not beacuse of the model, but the setting in the configuration parameters. Is there any quick review of the most important setting rules? or is there any book or website that I can find the answer? Thanks a lot.

Is there a particular property in the Configuration parameters that you want to learn about? The documentation is where you will find all this information. If you are looking for a good place to start, this page might help: http://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/configure-simulation.html
The thing is, configuration parameters is not a one size fit for all solution. Most of it needs to change based on what you are trying to model. Some time it IS trial and error based on the accuracy and computation speed tolerances you might have. If you are interested in learning more about solvers, the following are good links:
If you already know most of these concepts, there are some pictures in the links that might be handy reference. If not, I highly suggest taking the time to read and understand how it works. It is worth it.
