I loaded https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/54771-10-machine-new-england-power-system-ieee-benchmark/content/NE39bus/NE39bus2_PQ.slx and saved the .slx as a .mdl for you, without any changes to settings at all. The Model Advisor was warning me there were some potential errors; I did not try to fix them as doing so in my R2016a release could potentially have affected backwards compatibility to whatever release you are using. I have attached the files here.
