how to randn function compile to .dll?

Just put a call to it in the function that you compile with the MATLAB Compiler product or MATLAB Coder product. randn() is not on the list of functions that cannot be compiled, so just code your call and apply the Compiler or Coder product.

function y = test(m,s,n)
y = m + s * randn(1,n)
