BASIC SNAKE MODEL TO GIVE BORDER ON A DEFORMED IMAGE

Respected Sir, I want to know how the basic snake model can be used to give border exactly on a deformed picture like on a mass of mammogram for breast cancer. Please help me by giving such type of matlab code for giving exact border on the region of interest.

You can use active countours for this type of segmentation.You get a lot of demo examples in File Exchange. Have a try once there.
