Can someone show me an input file for use with Hopcrofts allan.m function?

Rephrased, what file type would be used to create
lt= freq: [1x86400 double]
rate: 0.5
??

Example:
LT = struct('freq', rand(1,86400), 'rate', 0.5);
Naming a variable 'lt' is not recommended as that is the formal name of the '<' function.
