Sliding in Conv2, Imfilter etc with stride of more than 1

Hi, I want to filter an image with a kernel, but instead of sliding and leaving 1 row or column at each time, i want to leave more than 1 row or column at each point. Note: As builtin function does it with stride of 1,

Can we do stride of more than 1 to have a reduce size of filtered image in output. But using builtin functions. Not using for loops. As they are very slow.
