how to merge two plots

i want to merge two plots of different m files. how can it be done? is there any matlab command for that.

It depends on what "merge" means here exactly. You can draw a plot into an existing axes.

if you want to add to plots in one figure:
hold on
if else please illustrate your question definetly

i have same question how can i call another program so that two different plots merge

Sometimes it is as easy as calling
hold on
and invoking the second program. But sometimes it can get considerably more difficult, depending exactly how the second program does the plotting.
