saving locations of Matlab on macbook

I am a new user of Matlab,and i cannot find the saved documents of Matlab on macbook.What's more,the functions i save r not in the area of workspace so i can't use them later.i upload a picture of the error section. Plz tell me how to find the saving position on the macbook or tell me how to save the functions that they will appear in the workspace.thank you very much.

See http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_env/matlab-startup-folder.html#bujzfnl for information on setting the start up folder when launching MATLAB. Depending upon your version of MATLAB, you may be able to set the path from the Preference panel.
Also, your BS_Eurcall function seems to be in the Downloads folder of your computer so you would either have to navigate to this directory, add the Downloads folder to the MATLAB search path, or move all files to your default startup directory (which, on a Mac, is typically, /Users/your_user_id/Documents/MATLAB.

Right, look in the editor window and notice it indicates right there where the file is located. Your Downloads/Financial Toolbox/ directory.
